This is a reading of a preliminary translation of a Dharma Discourse given in China in the 1990’s by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III directed at beginning level students on Esoteric Dharma that states some of the differences between the esoteric and exoteric teachings and the reasons for this. The Buddha Master explains the source of both esoteric & exoteric Dharma and provides examples of incarnated Buddhas & Bodhisattvas from both ancient and modern times including Master Taixu, Master Zhengguo, and the Pachen Lama, as well as discusses sharira, Real Body Statues, the rainbow body, demons, supernormal powers, the Age of Maitreya and the Fundamental Yoga Dharma. The Buddha Master also explains what is required to be able to learn and practice esoteric dharma and introduces the concepts of Inner and Outer Tantric Initiations.
