B40-Master Longchepa (1308-1364)

Longchenpa combined the Vima Nyingtig and Khandro Nyingtig lineages to lay the ground for the fully unified system of Dzogchen teachings. Longchen Nyingthig. A Treasury Trove of Scriptural Transmission and The Life of Longchenpa: The Omniscient Dharma King of the Vast Expanse by Jampa Mackenzie Stewart will be the text for the course.

This course is included even though it has not yet been developed as a course for LFBCS as it includes an important Patriarch of the Tibetan Nyingma tradition, who is worthy of our study and will be added in the future.

Prerequisites: G02, G03,  and D35(A)-128 Evil and Erroneous Views.
