Cancel My Paid Subscription

To cancel your paid subscription:

1. select “Change My Membership” under the Membership menu item at the top of the page. (or Click here)

2. select the “Auditing Student” FREE membership.

3. proceed all the way through the checkout process. Be sure to click on the green  button at the bottom of the “Membership Checkout” page. Your membership will not change until you click that green button.

Verify that you are now an Auditing Student by selecting “My Membership Account” under the Membership menu item at the top of the page (or Click here). Your current membership level is in the first box.

By cancelling your paid subscription this way, all of the courses you have completed are preserved and you can take them up again at a later time by changing your subscription to one of the paid subscription levels.
